Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND 

We understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart, and that's perfectly fine. At Cheeky Vegan, we offer a 30-day refund policy starting from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the product is in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for any opened (or tampered with) goods. We also cannot provide a refund for items purchased outside of this website.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

THE REFUND PROCESS

After we have receive and examine your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. Additionally, you will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
